HOW TO USE KLARNA to pay 

1. Download the klarna app 

2. Create a 1 time card

3. Place the card info into checkout for PayPal or use Shopify payments.

4. If using paypal to checkout YOU MUST MARK THE PRODUCT AS RECEIVED or your order will be denied log into paypal on web and view the transaction and press marked as received. 

Q: What grade of hair do you use?

A: We use raw hair for all wigs except budget wigs. Theirs is no such thing as grades, Brazilian hair, Mongolian, etc. however, the collection methods from each collection is different. 

Q: I dont see a wig I like. Can I get a custom one made ?

A: Yes, send a EMAIL with 2 reference photos (color and style) along with your name to Wigsbytre@gmail.com

Q: Why do I need to measure my head ? 

A: Heads come in many different shapes and sizes in order for us to give you the best wig possible we need your circumference and other measurements of your head. Links are provided on the Measurement section of the site. We can make wigs for head sizes 20-24 at the Moment no measurement means you get a 22in.

Q: Is the wigs on hand?

A: Most of the time wigs are NOT on hand unless stated it should say if it is or is not in the bio of the product that you are looking at. Wigs come in many sizes and in order for the wig to fit you perfectly it needs to be made to order. In a rush 

Q: How long does shipping take? 

A: please be advised that I need time to create and ship out your wig. Please allow 7 days before following up. Repeated rude attempts to contact me will result in a refund no questions asked. 

Q:How long does shipping take ?

A: If you are in Chicago or the surrounding suburbs you may choose local drop off or pickup for out of state customers shipping may take 2-5 days. 

Q:I need a wig tomorrow can i get it made within that time ?

A: Depending on the time of day your can add rush next day or same day to cart along with the wig that you want. Please be advised that out of state customers can still select this but shipping time will add extra time next day shipping is available.
