Wig construction policy

Please allow at least 7 business days for wigs to be completed before inquiring. Then allow another 3 days for shipping (if out of state). If you are in Chicago or surrounding suburbs please select local drop off or pickup. If you selected drop off or pickup at checkout and added a rush fee then I will reach out to you ASAP. Tracking info will be sent out when wig is ready and pictures will be sent for approval. PROVIDE YOUR EMAIL AT CHECKOUT. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON WIGS. Only reconstruction or exchange allowed.
